Leafy Brain Fungus (Tremella foliacea)

This fungus might look like a decaying fungus but on closer inspection it is one of the jelly fungus (heterobasidiomycota) I found this growing on a fallen Oak tree covered in moss in the New Forest National Park. Leafy brain fungus is parasite on other fungus and is found in the autumn during the wettest period on dead and fallen deciduous trees.
